The Review
I've been taking Garcinia Cambogia for about 2 weeks now. So far, I have not seen any difference in my weight. I'm still sitting at the same weight I was before I started taking this.
However, don't just to conclusions so fast. I carry a lot of my weight in my stomach, hips, and thighs. Which all drives me crazy. After 2 weeks, I've notice that inches are coming off. Yes, the inches. My stomach is has greatly reduced, and my hips and thighs are following suit.
2 weeks isn't a lot of time to tell if this is going to work, but a friend of mine has been taking this for a year and has lost 60 lbs. So that is why I wanted to give this a try. I wanted to see for myself if it really works. I think it really does.
If you want to lose weight, you need to do it slowly to get it off. Eating healthy and a great exercise routine will help get you there. I'm a runner, so that's what I do. I also eat healthy.
