What Is It?
The Moscow Mule is a mug, and a drink. Made with vodka, ginger beer and lime juice, garnished with a slice or wedge of lime, the Moscow Mule is named for the primary ingredient: vodka. It was born in California in 1941 and later became popular during the 1950's vodka craze in the US, then went on to become a favorite among celebrities and Las Vegas clubs in the following decade. At the time of its creation the Moscow Mule was served in a custom copper mug, which became a core part of the drink's ingredients.

Since that time the mug and the drink have become synonymous. The Moscow Mule is a little slice of history, and even has its own Wikipedia page.

Why Copper?
Not just for the looks. Copper is, of course, a distinctive metal and goes great with most any kitchen or bar decor. But there was a bit of science behind the decision to use copper when the Moscow Mule was created. Wow! This is one beautiful Moscow Mug! I am so impressed with the presentation and the mug it's self! I also love that it comes with a care card. This is my first mug with care instructions!

I have a few other copper mugs, but none compare to this one! It's just beautiful!

Besides that, it's a great mug! It really keeps your drink cold for a long time compared to other cups or mugs! Copper Moscow Mugs are the way to go for your fancy drinks! You don't have to worry about it being watered down a few minutes after you make your drink!

Overall, this is a wonderful quality and craftsmanship mug and one to have in your cabinet! Looking for a gift? You can't pass this by! A perfect wedding gift or holiday gift! So many reasons to own this mug! I high recommend it!
