My Review:
I really like this Colon Cleanse. I've tried several and some work and others don't, or they work for a little while, then don't work anymore. My Review:
I love anything glittery! I'm addicted to glitter! When I saw this case, I knew I had to have it. I do wear glasses and I usually use my other case that came with my glasses, but Glitter is a must, so now my glasses are protected in this awesome case. It's also no bulky like my other case! My glasses fit perfectly inside and it also comes with a really nice polishing cloth. I always need a good polishing cloth to get the debris off my glasses or smudges.

The case is well made and it's very smooth, even with all the glitter on the case. Most of the time, when I see a glitter case, it's rough feeling and the glitter comes off. So of course, I'm not going to buy a case that is going to make a mess and not hold up. Spunky Soul did a really great job on the design of the case and ensuring that the glitter holds up. I don't want things to get "snagged" on my glasses case and Spunky Soul made sure that isn't going to happen.

This book has some pretty great reviews. I've read a lot of what people had to say about this book and I think it's right on point. The Author is a great writer and has done her homework to write her book. The book is very easy to read and understand. Sometimes in "Diet" books, you don't really get it and it's a "Fad" diet book. I hate "fad" diets. I don't have time for that. I need a real lifestyle change in eating. Not a "quick fix" diet that will take the pounds off, but I'll start putting the pounds back on.

This is a great read and I enjoyed it!

My Review:
I am training for my next Spartan Race in September. I just completed the Spartan Sprint in April. I couldn't believe the upper body strength needed to complete 22 obstacles in 5 miles. I wasn't at my best. I'm a runner and thats what I do. I need to train for my upper body and I need a tool to help me. This kettlebell is pretty awesome. We live near the beach, so I can fill up there. You can add as much or as little sand as you like. Currently, 15 lbs is a bit heavy for me. So I'm starting at 5 lbs and adding as needed. I brought home a bucket of sand, so I can add when needed.

Overall, this kettlebell is very nice and sturdy! I'm impressed! I have a small metal kettlebell. If it hits you, you will have a nice bruise. Also, with a metal kettlebell, you'll need several in different weights. Having the Portable Kettlebell, you can add or take out sand. This makes life so much simpler and you don't have to worry about getting bruises if you hit yourself with it. I have to say this is the Best Kettlebell that I've come across and I love it!

My Review:
I really like this toner. I use it daily on my fave to minimize my pores. I have large pores and it really drives me crazy. I can thank my mother for my large pores.
