My Review:
I've never used a B12 patch before. So I was curious if it worked or not. I was impressed that after using 1 patch and wearing it for a few days, I was feeling great when I got up in the morning. I wasn't 'lagging' throughout the day. And I had a much better mood. I also was able to go to sleep and go to bed when I was ready for bed, instead of laying there forever trying to fall asleep.

I'm also a runner and these really helped me keep going.

Overall, these really work and I was impressed. I was skeptical at first, but I believe these really work!
