My Review:
These are fantastic! I chose the size Medium, which I should have gone with the Small size. I wear a 7.5-8 shoe. My running shoes are a size 8.5 (must have extra room in the toe box). I had to cut mine down smaller to fit in my normal, everyday shoes. But they still worked perfect in my shoes.

Very comfortable, very durable, and a great quality! I'm always in need of a good insert for my shoes. I'm on my feet a lot and need that extra support that normal/came with my shoes inserts. These are perfect and make my feet and lower back happy!

Overall, these are great and I recommend them to anyone who needs a good insert for their shoes. My grandmother (84 yrs old) has diabetes and she and I wear the same size shoes. I let her try them and she loved them. You have to take very good care of your feet if you have diabetes. Needless to say, after I let her try them, she's not returned them to me.
