I'm quite impressed with this green tea. I like to have drink this hot before I go on my daily run. It's cold outside and I need something a little warm inside me before I hit the road. I think it helps give me that boost I need to run! I have to motivate myself to go out there in the cold and run. I sometimes get lazy on cold days and don't want to run, but I have too. I'm training for my first half marathon!
This tea has a great flavor! I've been impressed with this tea and I think the packaging is quite nice also! Give it a try!
