I have been impressed with this. I've been taking it for about a month. My husband and both kids have gotten colds, and I some how missed out on that horrible thing! No cough or running nose for me! I can also tell that I've gotten out of my lazy funk. I haven't been on a run in about 3 months and since I started taking this, I've gotten out of my lazy funk! I've been out running and training for my half marathon that I have in Feb.
These gels are easy to swallow also! I hate giant horse pills and have to try and get it down. These are easy to swallow!
