My Review:

I've been taking Garcinia Cambogia for about 2 weeks now. So far, I have not seen any difference in my weight. I'm still sitting at the same weight I was before I started taking this.

However, don't jump to conclusions so fast. I carry a lot of my weight in my stomach, hips, and thighs. Which all drives me crazy. After 2 weeks, I've notice that inches are coming off. Yes, the inches. My stomach is has greatly reduced, and my hips and thighs are following suit.

2 weeks isn't a lot of time to tell if this is going to work, but a friend of mine has been taking this for a year and has lost 60 lbs. So that is why I wanted to give this a try. I wanted to see for myself if it really works. I think it really does.

If you want to lose weight, you need to do it slowly to get it off. Eating healthy and a great exercise routine will help get you there. I'm a runner, so that's what I do. I also eat healthy. And I'm currently at a stand still with my weight. My body size is changing and I do think it's a combination of running, eating a healthy diet, and using Garcinia Cambogia.
You can't take a diet suppliment and do nothing. This is not going to help you get where you want to be with your weight. You have to have other things in to the equation. Diet and Exercise!
